What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who else sees it — including the AI providers our agents run on.
DIAMII LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, USA, is the controller of the personal data described on this page.
Contact us about privacy by email at [email protected]. If you need a postal address to send a formal request, email us and we will provide one.
This policy is written to the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). If you live in another US state with its own privacy law — California, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others — we extend the same rights to you rather than maintaining a separate policy.
Your name, email, phone number, company, and whatever you choose to tell us. This goes into our CRM (GoHighLevel).
This covers Vera, Flo, Dia, Reed, Gil and Clade. We collect the messages you send, the answers produced, and basic technical information such as time and approximate location derived from your IP address. If you give contact details in the conversation, those are saved to our CRM.
Standard analytics: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location. We use Google Analytics for this. We run no advertising or retargeting pixels.
We collect only what is reasonably necessary for these purposes, and we do not use your data for a materially different purpose without telling you first.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we ever collect sensitive data as the CPA defines it — such as health, immigration status, religion, sexual orientation, or precise geolocation — we will ask for your consent first. We do not seek it today.
Our agents run on third-party AI models. When you talk to an agent, your messages are sent to that provider so it can produce a reply.
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic (Claude) | Runs the language models behind the agents on this website. | The messages you type to an agent and the context the agent needs to answer. |
| GoHighLevel | Hosts this website, and runs our CRM, forms, booking calendar and email. | Your name, email, phone, company and anything you send us through a form or chat. |
| Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages get read. | Pages viewed, referring site, device and browser, approximate location. No name or email. |
This list covers the tools that touch data from this website. Tools we use internally that never receive your data — our own code editors, accounting software and the like — are not listed.
We do not use your data to train shared AI models, and we contract with providers on terms that prevent them from doing so with data we send.
Our providers are primarily US-based. Some process data outside the United States. Where that happens we require contractual terms that hold the provider to the protections described on this page, and we remain responsible to you for how they handle your data.
When we build an agent for a client, that agent may process the client's own business records — for example policy documents, a book export, or a CRM extract. In that situation:
That arrangement differs from the agents on this website, where DIAMII is the controller. Which one applies is settled by your agreement with us.
Under the Colorado Privacy Act you have the right to:
Email [email protected]. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where the request is complex — we will tell you if we do. Exercising these rights is free and we will not treat you differently for it.
We honor browser-level universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out of targeted advertising and sale.
If we refuse a request you may appeal by replying to that email with the word "appeal". We will answer the appeal within 45 days and explain our reasoning. If you are still unhappy, you can complain to the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov/file-complaint.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds: the ones this site needs to function, and the ones that count visits. We run no advertising or retargeting cookies.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lasts | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another so we can count how many people read a page. | 2 years | Analytics |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of your visit — which pages, in what order, in one session. | 2 years | Analytics |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare, via GoHighLevel | Tells human visitors from bots so the site and forms stay available. | 30 minutes | Necessary |
| Session cookies | GoHighLevel | Keeps forms, booking calendars and the agent chat widget working across page loads. | Session | Necessary |
The agent chat widget also uses your browser's local storage to remember a conversation while you are on the page. That stays in your browser and is cleared with your site data.
Necessary cookies cannot be turned off without breaking the site. For analytics you can:
Blocking analytics cookies costs you nothing on this site. Every page works the same.
We do not run ads today. If we add an advertising or retargeting pixel — Meta, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads — that counts as sharing personal data for targeted advertising under the Colorado Privacy Act. Before switching one on we will add it to the table above, revise the "we do not sell or share" statement in section 3, and put a consent control on the site. We will not add advertising tracking quietly.
We update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
What our agents will and will not do is set out in our Disclaimer. Use of the site itself is covered by our Terms of Service.
