Everything on this website is general information about what DIAMII builds. None of it is professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, regulatory, insurance, tax, employment or technical advice. Do not act on it without taking advice suited to your own situation.

2. What AI can and cannot do

Our agents use artificial intelligence. AI systems can misread documents, miss things, and state incorrect information confidently. Those limits are why every DIAMII agent is built to hand its work to a person rather than act alone.

• Agent output is a first pass, not a finished answer. Review it before you rely on it.
• A human stays in the loop for anything consequential, unless you and we have agreed otherwise in writing for a specific workflow.
• You remain responsible for decisions taken in your business, including decisions informed by an agent's output.

3. The Checker and Book Miner Agent — insurance agencies

This section matters most, so it is the most specific.

The Checker

The Checker compares documents and reports differences between them. It reports facts and flags only.

• The Checker does not give advice on cover, adequacy, suitability or placement.
• The Checker does not decide what counts as material — your agency sets those rules.
• The Checker does not replace the judgement of a licensed producer or account manager.
• The Checker does not replace your errors & omissions procedures, your file review process, or any supervisory obligation you carry.
• The Checker may miss a difference, or flag something that does not matter. Every output must be reviewed by a qualified person before anything is relied on or sent to a client.

Book Miner Agent

Book Miner Agent produces a prioritized list of accounts for review by licensed producers. That list is a prompt to look, not a recommendation to sell.

• Book Miner Agent does not recommend products, limits or carriers.
• Book Miner Agent does not contact your customers.
• A gap it flags may not be a gap at all — the account may be correctly covered for reasons the data does not show.
• Any figure Book Miner Agent puts against an account is your own commission assumption applied to your own book — arithmetic on numbers you supplied, not a projection of revenue.

4. The Content Agent

The Content Agent drafts material in your voice from a brand pack you provide. Everything it produces is a draft.

• It publishes nothing without approval. There is no autopilot mode.
• You are the publisher. You remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you approve, and for any claim, endorsement, disclosure or regulated statement it contains.
• The agent can be wrong about facts, including facts about your own business, and it can produce text that resembles material it did not write. Review before you publish.
• If you work in a regulated field, approval by someone qualified to give it is your responsibility, not the agent's.

5. The calculators

The calculators on this website multiply numbers that you enter. Every output is arithmetic, not a forecast, an estimate of your business, or a promise of savings.

Where a calculator asks how much of a task an agent could handle, that input is a guess until we have looked at the real workflow with you. Real results depend on your data, your systems and your people, and may be lower. A figure that counts time says nothing about revenue, premium, retention or commission, and a figure built on your own commission assumption is only as good as that assumption.

6. The agents on this website

Vera is our AI advisor and Flo is our workflow advisor. Both are free, and both produce a document based on a short conversation with limited information about your business. Dia answers questions about DIAMII from our published content, and Reed, Gil and Clade work out whether a particular agent fits your business.

Their output is a conversation starter, not a professional assessment, an audit, a feasibility study, or advice. Treat it as a useful opinion from a well-read stranger who has never seen inside your business.

None of them quotes a price, commits DIAMII to a scope or a timeline, or gives advice in a regulated area. Where one of them does not know something, it is built to say so rather than guess — but it can still be wrong.

An intake agent is not the product on its page. Reed is not The Checker, Gil is not Book Miner Agent, and Clade is not the Content Agent. Talking to one tells you whether the product fits; it does not do the product's work.

7. No guarantee of results

We guarantee the work we agree to deliver, and we measure it honestly. We do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, hours saved, recovered commission, client retention, coverage outcomes, or any other business result, because those depend on factors outside our control.

Any figures, examples or scenarios shown on this website are illustrative. Demonstrations run on synthetic — that is, made-up — documents, and are labeled as such. We have not published client results, testimonials or case studies, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
